What Can You Do with Ink?

Ink (đź’§) is Inktella's participation currency.

You earn Ink by taking part in the community—writing poems, giving feedback, and receiving appreciation from other members.

But Ink isn't just something to collect. It's meant to be used.

Publish Your Poems

Right now, the main use for Ink is publishing poems.

Each poem you publish costs đź’§ 10 Ink.

This small cost encourages members to share work thoughtfully while helping reduce spam and low-effort posts. Because Ink is easy to earn through positive participation, active members can continue publishing without difficulty.

A Living Economy

Ink is designed to grow with Inktella.

As the platform evolves, more ways to use Ink will be introduced. Instead of remaining a simple publishing requirement, Ink will gradually become part of more features across the community.

Our goal is to create an economy that rewards participation and gives members meaningful ways to use what they earn.

More Uses Are Coming

As Inktella continues to grow, you'll see additional ways to spend Ink through future platform updates.

Rather than letting Ink sit unused in your account, new features will give it greater purpose and make participating in the community even more rewarding.

While we aren't announcing every future use just yet, you can expect Ink to become more valuable as Inktella expands.

Earn, Create, Repeat

The cycle is simple:

  • Earn Ink by participating.
  • Spend Ink to publish your poetry.
  • Continue engaging with the community to earn even more.

The more you contribute, the more opportunities you'll have to create, share, and grow.

Ink is more than a number—it represents your participation in a community built around poetry, creativity, and helping one another become better writers.
